Thank you for choosing ITScriptNet as your data collection program design software for portable computers. You will enjoy working with our software while designing powerful solutions quickly and easily. Despite the software's ease of use, we do expect that you will have questions, both simple and complex, about our software. So in order to make your experience with our software even more enjoyable we offer a service support plan that allows you to contact us with your questions.

The support plan covers time for phone calls, responding to emails, researching problems/questions and responding to issues related to the operation of our software. This may include help with terminal hardware, communications and your operating system. If the issue gets too involved or you decide you would like us to write the data collection program for you, in whole or in part, we would gladly give you an estimate and treat it separately from the support plan or, if time available against the plan permits, apply the time to the support plan.

Details

You can obtain a support plan through your ITScriptNet vendor. Simply fill out the Service Support Plan Agreement indicating the number of support hours you wish to reserve (two-hour minimum) and your vendor will submit the form for registration. You will be given a plan number to use when you contact us. When you call in for support, have your plan number ready and you will be assisted by our friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff. To avoid delays in designing your programs and because most questions occur within days of installing the software, it is best to purchase a support plan at the same time that you are purchasing the ITScriptNet software. 

Cost: Consult your ITScriptNet reseller for the hourly rate. Available in full hour increments, 2-hour minimum.

Most issues can be resolved with one call. However, some issues will involve several calls, review of your program files and/or conference calls with the terminal manufacturer. We will endeavor to keep the time on an issue to a minimum.

You will receive a periodic report of your support issues and time remaining on the Service Support Plan. You may at any time increase the number of hours on the plan in the same manner as you originally acquired it.
