• Converted RAS support for Windows CE to dynamically load RAS.  This allows RAS to be used on generic devices or devices whose SDK does not include it, but for which it is supported on the device.

• When using SQL CE, if the SDF is corrupt and can not be repaired, it is renamed instead of deleted.
• The Device unique ID is cached after the first time it is requested.
