If the file transfer is timing out, increase the Timeout settings. In the ITScriptNet Omni configuration window, the Timeout is in milliseconds. Set the Timeout on the PC in the Omni Configuration window, and on the device in the ITScriptNet configuration screen; the seconds should be about the same, but the PC/server should be about 1 second longer than the device.
