Uploading the ITScriptNet Program from the PC to the device, fails. The error message is: Unable to receive from the PC.
On the device/scanner, the error message is "Unable to receive from the PC 301", and the error message on the PC is "Unable to send to the Terminal 105" (or 202). These error codes indicate that an attempt at writing a file to the device has failed.
1. Check the memory on the device. If the memory or SD card is full, uploading the program will fail and return error codes.
2. Check the port - on the device, run ITScriptNet\ Utilities\ Configuration, set the Serial/Communications Port to ActiveSync; set Auto Download to Disabled.
3. Make sure that the device and the PC are connected via ActiveSync.
4. Reload the program from the ITScriptNet System Console on the PC.
