The device/scanner displays error 202 or 105 or -1 and on the PC, error 301 or 303 or 404 is displayed.

These error codes indicate that an attempt to write to a file failed and generally indicates there is a permissions issue (restricted user).

1. Check user write permissions to C:\Program Files\ITScriptNet. ITScriptNet writes a file to that folder when it processes data from the device to the PC. Allow the restricted user write permissions to the C:\Program Files folder on the PC that will act as the data transfer station.
2. Check for user write permissions to the output destination folder as well as the C:\Program Files\ITScriptNet program folder.
3. Also check for any Windows Firewall or other security issues with that user on the local PC.
