1) Try opening the table that you are trying to insert records into, to verify that it is accessible.
2a) If you are using a connection string to connect to your database:  In the ITScriptNet-designed program, verify the connection string in Configure Receive; and, to the right of that connection string box is a button with a -> on it. In the connection tab, click the Test Connection button.
2b)  If you are using a DSN to connect to your database:  In the ITScriptNet-designed program, verify the DSN name in Configure Receive.  Press the [...] button to browse the configured Data Sources on your system.
3) Verify that you are able to see the field names in the ITScriptNet program.
4) Is there an ADO error log to review.  This error log will be located in the directory with your ITB program, and will contain database error information.
