INFO: ActiveSync 4.x requires an Administrative account to install software to a device.
INFO
Applies To: ITScriptNet V1/V2
If you log into Windows XP or 2000 PC with a limited user account (one without local Administrator rights), you will not be able to install the ITScriptNet Client to a device over ActiveSync. You receive the error message: "CE AppManager is not found. Please reinstall ActiveSync."
DETAILS

ActiveSync 4.x does not support installing applications to a device with a limited user account. You must log into the PC with an Administrative accout in order to install the client on the device.

Note that under Windows Vista and Windows7, attempting to install the client with a limited account will trigger the UAC to display an Administrator login prompt. If you enter a valid Administrator username and password, you will be able to install the client to the device.
