If a program uses Post-Processing Scripts, and the collected data contains embedded double-quotes, the Download Utility fails with a Script Error 0x800A0401.

When the collected data is assigned into the ResponseList dictionary, and data containing an embedded double-quote causes an compilation error. This issue is resolved in ITScriptNet 1.2c (8) and higher by substituting CHR(34) for the double-quote.
