Why is the Start Menu icon for ITScriptNet lost after a cold reboot?

Standard PocketPC devices do not have an autoinstall like a Dolphin terminal. When the device is cold booted, the contents of the Main Memory, including the Start Menu shortcuts, are erased. Even if you installed ITScriptNet to a storage card, the icon will need to be manually recreated, even though the ITScriptNet programs and data will still be on the card.
