After installing the ITScriptNet client software on a Dolphin 7400 PocketPC, Dolphin 9500, or PocketPC device, the ITScriptNet icon is not visible in the start menu.
RESOLUTION
The PocketPC operating system can only display 9 icons in the start menu. If you already have 9 icons displayed, a new application installation will not show the new icon. You can edit the icons displayed by selecting Start then Settings then Menus.
