This article briefly lists the steps required to use Automatic Download (AutoDownload) with ITScriptNet.
1. Load the program into the Terminal. Note: For Dolphin 7200 terminals and DOS-Based terminals, make sure the program filename is 8 characters or less.
2. On the terminals Edit Configuration screen, select the communications port to use for Auto Download. For the Dolphin 7300 / 7400 / 7450 / 9500 / 7900 or Windows CE / PocketPC terminals, select the port to use. For the Dolphin 7200 or DOS-Based terminals, enter Y (for yes) or N (for no). DOS-Based Terminals always uses the same port for AutoDownload as it does for standard downloads.
3. Configure the Autodownload software. The program file to be autodownloaded must be configured in the autodownload server software, and you must specify the PC communications port that will be used.
