When trying to run the ITScriptNet client on a Dolphin 7300 , 7400, or 7450 terminal, you receive the following error message:

Cannot find 'D7XBatXXXX' (or one of its components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and all the required libraries are available.

ITScriptNet Plus V1.2 and higher support IrDA printing. This requires a support library to be installed on the Dolphin Terminal. Some early Dolphin kernel versions did not include this library. The library was added in the following Kernel versions:

Dolphin 7300 Version 3.02 and higher

Dolphin 7400 / 7450 Version 2.08 Service Pack 2 or higher

To determine your kernel version, run the HHP Demo application and view the System Info applet.
