HOWTO: Remove Forgotten Utility Password on the Dolphin,  Windows CE and PocketPC Terminals
HOWTO
Applies To: ITScriptNet V1/V2
Unable to configure the Dolphin 7300 / 7400 / 7450 / 9500 / 7900 terminal or Windows CE / PocketPC Terminal due to a forgotten or lost utility password. Without the utility password, you can not get into the utility menu and the configuration screen.
DETAILS

The utility password is stored in an CFG file. From the Windows Explorer on the terminal, delete ITBATCH.CFG from the program directory. This will reset the terminal configuration back to the defaults and allow you to access the Configuration screen. You will need to use the Configuration screen to reset your terminal alias, serial port, etc.

For ITScriptNet Batch, files are stored in \IPSM\ITScriptNet Batch
For ITScriptNet Batch Plus, files are stored in \IPSM\ITScriptNet Plus
