When attempting to run the ITScriptNet Program Generator, the message Unable to initialize registry keys is displayed.
RESOLUTION
This error occurs on Windows NT, 2000, or XP if the user logged into the PC does not have sufficient privileges to create certain registry keys. The user must have Power User or Administrator rights on the PC the first time the software is run.
