The terminal displays a message indicating that the software is unregistered and will only collect 5 records, but the software has been correctly registered. On PocketPC and Windows CE based devices, the message is 'This Unregistered terminal can only save 5 records'.

RESOLUTION

The terminal will display this message under two circumstances.

1. The terminal has not been unlocked. To unlock the terminal, you must upload a program to the terminal from a registered version of the Program Generator, or a registered version of the Upload Utility. Loading from an unregistered copy of the software will not unlock the terminal.
  Update: This applies to ITScriptNet version 2.0b and below. ITScriptNet Version 2.1 and higher do not require the terminal to be unlocked.

2. The program was saved from an unregistered copy of the software. You must save the program from a registered copy of the Program Designer, and upload again.
