INFO: System Requirements for HTML Help and the New Program Wizard.
The Online Help and New Program Wizard have specific system requirements.

The HTML help requires Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.1 or higher.

The New Program Wizard requires Microsoft ActiveX Data Objects (ADO) version 2.1 or higher, as well as the XML parser provided with Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.1 or higher.

UPDATE: ITScriptNet V1.2 and higher do not require the Microsoft XML Parser for the New Program Wizard to operate.
