PRB: Error Opening Wizard Configuration File.

PROBLEM

Applies To: ITScriptNet V1/V2

When running the New Program Wizard, you receive Error Opening Wizard Configuration File.

RESOLUTION

The New Program Wizard requires the Microsoft XML parser and ADO 2.1 or higher.

ADO 2.5 will be installed by the installation program if it is not present.

The XML parser is installed with Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher.

UPDATE: This information applies to ITScriptNet Batch versions 1.1h and earlier. Starting with ITScriptNet V1.2 and higher, the New Program Wizard no longer requires the Microsoft XML Parser.
