The 7300 / 7400 / 7450 appear to hang for a few seconds when sending or receiving data. Then, the transfer proceeds normally. This happens when configured for the IrDA port.
RESOLUTION
The IrDA port takes a few seconds to initialize when a transfer is started. This is normal behavior.
