This happens if the wrong terminal type is selected in the Program Generator or Upload Utility. Selecting the Dolphin 7200 2D instead of Dolphin 7200 Laser will cause the Dolphin 7200 2D client to be loaded. This client can not be used on the Laser terminal, and locks up the temrinal when attempting to initialize the imager, which does not exist.

Select the correct terminal type and reload the client. The Laser client is always used if it is present.
