The user gets an ODBC32 error when running the ITScriptNet Batch Generator. This error occurs immediately when running the program.

RESOLUTION

The Batch Generator can download to an ODBC data source. The program requires that ODBC be installed on the PC. If ODBC is not installed, an error will result. To install ODBC, run the ADO 2.5 installation program. This program is available from Microsoft at http://www.microsoft.com/data, or you can install it from the setup\redist subdirectory on the ITScriptNet CDROM.
