Unable to configure the Dolphin 7200 terminal due to a forgotten or lost utility password. Without the utility password, you can not get into the utility menu and the configuration screen.

DETAILS

The utility password, along with other configuration information, is stored in an INI file. Exit the terminal to a DOS prompt, change to the program directory, and delete the INI file by typing DEL ITBATNET.INI and pressing Enter. This deletes the configuration file. You will then be able to reboot the terminal and enter the Utility Menu and Configuration Screen.

You will need to reconfigure the terminal alias, serial port, etc. Use the Configuration Screen to reset all of these values.
