Data Processing Scripts

OMNI™ (Real
Time)
ITScriptNet OMNI allows you to collect data, send records and
communicate with the host server via a wireless local or wide area
network. Once your device is configured for your network ITScriptNet
takes over from there, managing the communications and allowing
your users to collect data quickly and efficiently.
Connection Methods
 WLAN – WiFi - 802.11b
- WWAN - GPRS/GSM – RAS-Modem – Internet
via ActiveSync
Remote Processing
- The device can retrieve a file from the Server.
- From the device, execute a SQL statement or VBScript that
resides on the Server.
Data Transfer Methods
- Manual – control when collected
data is sent to the server.
- RF – Make a wireless connection
to send the data. If the connection fails, either
retry the connection or exit the program.
- Hybrid (Store & Forward) – If
a wireless connection is not made, saves the
data to the
device for later transmission
