Support Files

| Under the Program menu drop down, the "Support Files..." option is greyed out. Anyone know why? I have some files that are no longer needed and I am getting "not found" errors when uploading the program. I could create a dummy file so the upload does not error, but I don't want to send bytes to the device if I don't have to. Thanks |

In your ITScriptNet program designer: Click "Device" on the menu row (for versions 2.4 and earlier, click on 'Terminal'). If the PC Client is the selected device type, the support files will be greyed out; change the selected device to your device's model and Windows mobile operating system. If the PC Client is the only selection in the list, click on the menu row Help, select "Working Directory", and make sure that the selected directory is ITScriptNet.
