I wasn't able to duplicate this issue 'inhouse'.
Hardware: Unitech PA-600 WM5 Box OS: Windows XP PRO Software: Itscriptnet v3.0b, D/L server via MS ActiveSync v4.5
Client experiences the following error when transferring data from the PA-600 back to the Desktop. Client is able to transfer validation data to the PA-600 without issue. The data (*.ITC) file is transferred from the PA-600 to the directory. However, the MDB isn't populated.
*************************************** Error Message: Unable to configure the Script Control
Src: Line: 0 Error:0 Scode: 8007007e *************************************** I have copied a complete directory to the clients PC and the results are the same. Client has full rights to folder.

The error message relates to Windows and indicates that the Windows scripting host did not get installed on that computer. Ensure that your customer has the ITScriptNet Runtime software installed on their computer; the ITScriptNet Runtime must be properly installed. Re-download the ITScriptNet Runtime software from the Z-Space website, but make sure to click on SAVE and save the download to a folder such as C:\Temp. After the download completes, go to that folder and run the executable to install the software to its default directory.

It appears that I did not mention that we use an OEM version. My installation places the 'Program_Name'AutoDownload.exe, 'Program_Name'.itb, 'Program_Name'.ini, and calls for the installation of C++ 2008 Redist & MS Activesync v4.5 programs respectively.
Over the past three weeks, I have installed / uninstalled / rebooted / reinstalled (partially & fully) to this user's PC with & without an Admin.
