Could you please verify that you device does have a wireless radio installed. On the Dolphin 7600 you can do this by going into the control panel and verifying that there is an entry for WLAN power. That being said the RadioSetMode() function has only a single parameter. In this case you are using a constant that equates to 2 for that parameter. For this function the value of 2 means turn the Wireless Lan (802.11b) radio on. Clicking the button is only to continue to turn the radio on again and again.
