New version of ITScriptNet released
Version 2.2a(9) for OMNI, Batch Plus and Batch is now available. Download it
from
http://www.z-space.com/ITScriptNet/download.htm.
Significant enhancement from V2.2a(8) include:
- Added clients for Hand Held Products Dolphin 7600.
- Added client for Unitech’s PA966. This is now the default client for the PA96x
series.
- Enabled EAN128 and ISBT options on Symbol devices.
- Supported EnableAimer for SMDK CE and PPC Laser clients.
- Detect ActiveSync connection and use that as Associated for Omni Server
connections.
- Added a test to make sure the logged on user has Administrative access before
attempting registration or unregistration.
- Re-alphabetized the function names in all groups in the script editor.
Device licensing for
Batch Plus and OMNI
For many
applications licensing the device is more economical and easier to manage than
licensing the PC (Runtime). Licensed devices can communicate with any PC running
the demo version of the ITScriptNet communication utilities. Registering the
licenses is easier using the new System Console.
Part numbers are setup and the distributors are
ready to take your orders.

ITScriptNet released

- ITB Comparison tool to allow you to view the changes between two versions of a
program file.
- Auto Update feature to simplify updating the Client software on the portable
devices.
- More functions for better support of Files, Tabl Order, etc.
- CSV validation file support.
- New clients as new devices are introduced by the hardware manufacturers.
