Dolphin 7200 RF Won't Scan.

Greetings,
We have used the Dolphin 7200 for many years with ITScript Batch. We were able to get 4 used 7200's (lumber business is hard on a scanner) but they are of the RF variety. I actually develop on Omni but we only have use for batch uploads of our data. I've sent my compiled program (that is tried and true since 2003) but the scanning laser will not fire. Any ideas on what I'm missing? Again, this program runs like a champ on regular 7200's.

Please go to the link below to download a zip file which contains several PDFs of information regarding the Dolphin 7200. Support for the Dolphin 7200 was discontinued in the later versions of ITScriptNet. Should you need any assistance with communications or configuration on your device, you will need to purchase support time from your hardware distributor.
